What areas in Abuja do you cover?
We currently serve Idu, Maitama, Wuse, Gwarinpa, Asokoro, Life Camp, Lugbe, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring all supplies, equipment, and cleaning products.
How do I pay?
Payment is made via bank transfer before or on the day of service.
What if I'm not satisfied with the clean?
Contact us within 24 hours and we'll address it. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Can I reschedule a booking?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 48 hours for standard cleans. Post-construction and move-in/out cleans may need more lead time.
Do you offer recurring plans?
Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. Recurring clients get priority scheduling and discounted rates.
Are your cleaners vetted?
Yes. Every Sterklean cleaner is trained in-house, vetted, and carries a branded uniform and photo ID.
Do you offer fumigation?
Yes, fumigation is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to any cleaning package.
